This is not a drill – an actual blog post, not just a YouTube video! Yay finally! Hopefully I’ll get back into the swing of posting regularly. This is what I ate on a regular week day. Enjoy!
For breakfast, I don’t usually eat much and I am usually much more concerned with my coffee. I had a hard-boiled egg that I had made the night before and some cottage cheese. Oh, and of course, coffee! A nice, light breakfast that’s quick and easy.
Lunch was leftovers from the previous weekend. My boyfriend and I went to a hibachi restaurant with his dad and I had hibachi salmon with fried rice and veggies. It was just as good leftover after a day!
When I got home from work I was hungry, but it wasn’t really time for dinner. So, I had a tea (English Breakfast Tea from Wegmans) and popcorn. I have a popcorn bowl for the microwave so it’s super easy to make. I can add as much (or as little) butter and salt as I want.
For dinner I just made pasta with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. For a vegetable I had Brussels sprouts in a garlic sauce that came in a steamable bag from Wegmans. I’m not going to lie, I was not a fan of the sauce on the Brussels sprouts, but when I bought them I didn’t realize it already came with a sauce. Oh well, lesson learned.
I was full from dinner and went to bed early, so I didn’t have an evening snack. What have you eaten this week? See you soon!
