Breakfast
I totally forgot to take a picture of my breakfast! I documented this on a Monday that my boyfriend had decided to go into work late so I wasn’t thinking and forgot! Anyway, I had cottage cheese, a banana, and a coffee. I’m sure you know what all of those things look like anyway!
Lunch
Not sure why this came out so blurry…I had a salad with HOME-GROWN tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and white balsamic dressing. This might look like a lot of dressing, but I mixed it in. I also had a spinach wrap with tuna and corn inside. This has been one of my quick and easy go-to lunches lately!
Snack
I went grocery shopping before my afternoon snack and I picked up a graze box (find them here) – the not too spicy veggie protein. I love this box specifically because it’s crunchy and salty like chips, but I feel like it’s healthy and fills me up. I also had celery with cream cheese – a childhood staple and still a great snack!
Dinner
I was by myself for dinner so I decided to make one of my favorite dinners – pasta with pesto sauce. I also mix in a little olive oil with the sauce (which I just buy in a jar usually). It’s so good and I usually eat way too much of it!
Well, that’s it for today! I might have snack of ice cream soon and I’ll definitely have a cup of green tea tonight since I’ve been loving that for the past few days. What did you eat today?
