Breakfast
I had a (kinda) light breakfast since I knew I would be going out to lunch. I fried an egg and had some blueberries. Of course, I had my coffee as well!
Lunch
I had lunch at a restaurant with a friend so I didn’t want to take out my camera and take pictures of my food. I didn’t want to be THAT weirdo haha! Anyway, I had boneless wings with teriyaki sauce and tater tots. I know, I know, I’m just so healthy!
Dinner
I tried something a little different for dinner tonight and I loved it! It’s tortellini with asparagus, home-grown tomatoes, and pesto. Next time, I think I would keep the foods separate (I cooked it all in one pan) but overall, it was delicious! It was inspired by this recipe, but I changed a lot of it!
